First impressions of Kingston State College are of a caring, polished and professional education facility, following a contemporary refurbishment of the school's administration building.
Completed in late 2023, the $2 million (including GST) refurbishment retained the existing ground slab, structural columns and beams while the rest of the building was reinvented as a welcoming, purpose-built, modern facility.
The newly opened administration building provides enhanced access for families and allows staff to service school visitors efficiently. Its additional features include a reception area, office spaces, air conditioning, new floor coverings and external and internal paint works.
