Performance and development
The Public Service Commission provides
executive performance and development frameworks to assist executives in managing their responsibilities, implementing the government's reform agenda, and meeting departmental commitments.
These frameworks use the balanced scorecard approach, with the following perspectives:
- stakeholder and outcome
- internal business
- learning and growth.
