A new state high school is planned for Gracemere, near Rockhampton, with funding allocated to begin early site works, produce detailed costings and deliver the project’s master plan.
The high school will be built on existing government-owned land on the corner of Johnson Road and Lucas Street.
Stage 1 construction of the campus will deliver infrastructure for Years 7 and 8, with construction due to commence mid-2026.
