The department provides opportunities for flexible work arrangements to employees for assistance with balancing the demands of professional and personal life and to promote the value of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Flexible work arrangements may include a variety of options for short or long-term changes to work and/or leave arrangements. They may also relate to how, when and where work is done.
