Darrin has close to 40 years experience in government including an extensive background in senior executive roles. He is a passionate public service leader and innovator who has dedicated his professional career to improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals, families and communities.
Darrin has undertaken a number of senior digital roles including Chief Information Officer of Queensland Treasury and Chief Information Officer at the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services.
Most recently Darrin was General Manager, Customer and Digital Strategy at the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business, where his responsibilities included leading the whole-of-government functions of Strategic Policy, Assurance and Investment, Enterprise Architecture and procurement.
