DoE Policy and Procedure Register contain procedures specifically for schools and school-based employees.
Unless you are a registered teacher, if you interact with students, you will be subject to a
Working with children authority.
You are also required to understand the
Student Protection procedure and be trained in its application to your role.

Teachers—Queensland College of Teachers
The Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) has developed a
Code of Ethics for Teachers in Queensland. Teachers are to use this code in conjunction with the
Queensland Public Service Code of Conduct.
