Commencing in 2019, our graduate program will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to achieve your career goals, and work with highly-skilled professionals in a diverse and flexible environment.

About the role

During the 12-month program, you will have the opportunity to:

  • be challenged and contribute to stimulating projects and work assignments
  • participate in a bespoke professional development training program
  • rotate through different work areas
  • participate in other professional learning activities designed to enhance your skills
  • have access to mentoring and networking opportunities to support you throughout your career.

We also offer:

  • a permanent position (subject to probationary requirement period)
  • a starting salary of $58,638 per annum, increased after 12 months, plus up to 12.75% superannuation
  • generous leave provisions
  • flexible work-life balance opportunities, with a 36.25 hour working week
  • salary packaging.


To be eligible for our 2019 graduate program you must be:

  • a recent university graduate (within the last two years) or due to graduate before the program commences
  • an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident
  • holding a grade point average (GPA) of 5.0 or above
  • willing to participate fully in the program including rotations across work sites.
