The All Kinds of Minds neurodiversity pilot aims to establish recruitment pathways which target the strengths and talents of a diverse workforce, focusing on people who are neurodiverse. The department is adopting an inclusive approach to recruitment through piloting a practical interview process which focuses on problem solving, working collaboratively within a team and allows candidates to showcase their strengths and capabilities. Candidates who are successful through this process will be supported into employment.
