​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The All Kinds of Minds neurodiversity pilot centres on providing rewarding and productive careers for people of all abilities. The pilot is a key objective of the Able. Valuing talent in all abilities workforce strategy​.

The All Kinds of Minds neurodiversity pilot aims to establish recruitment pathways which target the strengths and talents of a diverse workforce, focusing on people who are neurodiverse. The department is adopting an inclusive approach to recruitment through piloting a practical interview process which focuses on problem solving, working collaboratively within a team and allows candidates to showcase their strengths and capabilities. Candidates who are successful through this process will be supported into employment.

Queensland’s Department of Education needs all kinds of minds. We are seeking neurodiverse candidates interested in employment opportunities as part of the All Kinds of Minds neurodiversity pilot. Applications are now open for the June 2022 recruitment program for the following positions:

What happe​ns after I have applied?

Your application will be reviewed for shortlisting.

What happens if I am s​hortlisted?

If you are successful and you have been shortlisted, you will be notified and invited to attend the assessment centre on 27–29 June 2022.

What happens if I am not shortlisted?

If you have not been shortlisted to attend the assessment centre, you will be notified.​

The process
