PublishingPageContent

The department’s Fraud and Corruption Control Framework is a proactive model that provides employees with the ability to promote and maintain a culture of honesty, integrity and professionalism. The framework fosters a culture of fraud and corruption prevention within a working environment that is increasingly complex in nature.

The framework outlines guiding principles, tools and information that enables all employees to effectively prevent, detect and respond to suspected fraudulent and/or corrupt conduct.

The framework establishes a platform where employees can provide a high level of client service delivery based on principles of ethical leadership which encompasses compliance with relevant legislation, policy, procedure and governance. In line with these principles, all leaders, managers and supervisors are held accountable for leading and operating in a manner consistent with the Code of Conduct for the Queensland Public Service and the department’s Standard of Practice (PDF, 756KB).
