EOI for sustainable reuse of Brisbane heritage properties

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Queensland Government is delivering a new learning centre and administration building at New Farm State School. The new learning centre will be located at 180–186 Annie Road, New Farm.

To facilitate the delivery of this new learning centre, 3 residences were relocated from the site to a storage facility. The department is committed to the sustainable reuse of these buildings and they are now being offered for reuse through an expression of interest process.

The expression of interest (EOI) process is open to community groups, not-for-profit organisations and private individuals who are able to reinstate these properties in a new location.

The residences being offered for reuse were formerly at 180, 182 and 186 Annie Street, New Farm.​​​​​​

Building inspections

The buildings are available for inspection by contacting the storage yard directly.

Application materials

The department is now accepting expressions of interest (EOIs) for the sustainable reuse of these properties. EOIs must be submitted by close of business Friday 9 July 2021.

Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions prior to submitting your EOI.

The EOI process will be completed by Friday 6 August 2021. Successful applications will be notified in writing.
