Ripley Central State School​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

​A new state school is being constructed for the growing area of Ripley and will open for Prep to Year 6 for Term 1, 2023.

Ripley Central State School will include an administration building, prep and junior learning spaces, resource centre, multi-purpose hall, canteen, car parking, amenities and an oval, providing excellent educational facilities to the community.

The new state school will increase the capacity ​of the local schooling network and provide enrolment relief to Ripley Valley State School, Deebing Heights State School, Fernbrooke State School and the wider community.

  • A construction contract has been awarded.
  • Construction is underway on site.

What's next

  • A Foundation Principal has been appointed and enrolments are now welcome through the school’s website.
  • A Facebook group and website have been ​established for the new school.
