A new state high school is being constructed for the growing area of Palmview and will open for Term 1, 2023.

Palmview State Secondary College will include an administration block, student support and staff building, science and applied technology centre, multi-purpose hall, canteen, hospitality and food centre, junior general learning areas, sporting field, multi-purpose sports centre, general and student amenities, and car parking, providing excellent educational facilities to the community.

The new state secondary school will increase the capacity ​of the local school network and provide enrolment relief to Chancellor State College, Meridan Secondary College and Kawana Waters State College.​

  • A Foundation Principal has been appointed and enrolments are now welcome through the school’s website.
