In 2022, the Queensland Government will deliver three new schools: a new primary school for Caloundra South and North Maclean (Greenbank), and a new special school in Coomera.

New primary school in Caloundra South
Design and construction of new buildings will include an administration block, covered area and kiosk, prep learning areas, junior learning areas, sports, music and assembly space, and all infrastructure works to support the new buildings.

New primary school in North Maclean (Greenbank)
Design and construction of new buildings will include an administration block, resource centre, multi-purpose hall, Prep learning area, junior learning areas, student and staff central amenities, canteen and covered areas, grounds care, and all infrastructure works to support the new buildings.

New special school in Coomera
Design and construction of new buildings will include all infrastructure works to support the new buildings and facilities, a new multi-storey junior and senior learning buildings (20 general learning areas), administration block, resource centre, multi-purpose hall, hospitality and central amenities, and sports oval, carpark and drop off areas.
