2022 school expansions

The Queensland Government will deliver 7 school expansion projects to provide permanent infrastructure facilities to accommodate a full cohort of students.

Foxwell State Secondary College

Stage 2 will include senior art and design, hospitality, applied technology, science and general learning classrooms, as well as a performing arts centre.

Mango Hill State Secondary College

Stage 2 will deliver junior and senior science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) centres, a food and hospitality centre, an art and design centre, a senior learning centre and a performing arts centre.

Ripley Valley State School

Stage 2 will deliver additional prep spaces, senior general learning classrooms, additional carparks and a multipurpose court.

Ripley Valley State Secondary College

Stage 2 will deliver a resource centre, canteen, senior applied technology, science and general learning classrooms and a grounds/maintenance building.

Yarrabilba State Secondary College

Stage 2 will provide senior general learning spaces, a senior applied technology centre, art and design centre and performing arts centre.

Lee Street State Special School

Stage 2 will deliver an additional 2-storey learning centre that will include 10 classrooms, 2 therapy rooms and 1 sensory room. Stage 2 also includes a shared-use hall that will be used by Lee Street State Special School and Caboolture State High School.

West End State School

Stage 2 will deliver an additional learning centre, administration and resource hub, canteen, creative learning centre and expansive greenspace.
