Student claims

Parents and caregivers of students enrolled at a North Queensland state school affected by the flood event can claim for uniforms, stationery and curriculum resources such as pencils, pens, exercise books, scissors, dictionaries, atlases, library bags and text books that have been damaged or lost at a school to a maximum value of up to $150 per student.

To make a claim complete and submit the form below.

From Monday, 11 February 2019, parents and caregivers of students at the affected schools received an email confirming their child's EQ ID, which is required to make a claim.

If you did not receive an email and do not have access to your child's EQ ID, please contact the school.

The Department of Education can be contacted on 1800 916 770 for further information in relation to the claim process or assistance to make a claim.
