This is impressive given he has only been involved in the sport for 5 years. Also a member of the Australian Eight-Ball Junior Team, Joe said he has loved the sport from the moment he picked up a cue. As a junior he was recognised as one of the best players in Australia after he finished in second place at the Junior Eight-Ball Nationals in Darwin. "I've always played here locally in Gympie and loved it. It's a great hobby for those who love competitive sports. You meet heaps of new friends, and it teaches you discipline and concentration skills," he said.
